The Sup x Air Max Plus TN ‘University Red’ is a bold collaboration between the iconic New York skate brand and N1ke’s legendary Tuned Air silhouette. Released as part of Sup’s Fall/Winter 2020 collection, this special edition transforms the classic Air Max Plus with striking colors, signature branding, and a streetwear-focused aesthetic.
The upper features a black mesh base accented by gradient red and pink TPU overlays, creating the signature flame-like structure of the Air Max Plus. The TPU fingers across the side panels incorporate Sup-inspired detailing, adding a distinctive collaborative identity to the sneaker. A bright yellow mini Swoosh provides a sharp contrast against the dark and vibrant upper, while the Sup box logo appears on the tongue for a recognizable finishing touch.
The sneaker sits atop a black foam midsole equipped with visible Max Air cushioning units for responsive comfort. A dark crimson TPU shank enhances the aggressive design language, while the Tuned Air branding on the heel completes the signature Air Max Plus look.
